CodeBeeDo’s e-Learning portal includes web-based curriculum for coding. We refer to these products as the “Website” or the “Services”.
The following terms of use (“Terms of Use”) and any documents that they reference are a legally-binding contract between you and CodeBeeDo Academy Sdn. Bhd. (“Company,” “CodeBeeDo” “we,” or “us”), and govern your use of our Services.
By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Any capitalized term not defined in these Terms of Use has the definition provided in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.
If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to the Terms of Use. If you don’t get your parent or guardian to read and agree to the Terms of Use, you don’t have permission to use the Services.
Accessing the Website
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop the Services altogether at our sole discretion, including, for example, if you do not comply with these Terms of Use or if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users.
If you are signing up for this service and creating accounts on behalf of student(s), you represent and warrant that you are either (a) a teacher authorized by a school or district to sign up on behalf of students or (b) the parent or guardian of such student(s).
We reserve the right to terminate the access to the Services if the Services is used by another party other than the user registered with CodeBeeDo who has a valid (non-expired) account.
We reserve the right to delete the course data of the registered user if the e-Learning account (the e-Learning account that links from https://learntocode.codebeedo.com/) has expired.
